Ally Johnstone
Ally Johnstone is a dedicated clinical therapist and community wellbeing practitioner with a strong commitment to improving emotional resilience, mental health, and personal growth across East Kent.
In her role with East Kent Connect, she contributes in sourcing partnerships, funding and donation opportunities to build campaigns which will support the mental wellbeing of residents, from school aged children, young people and adults. She works in collaboration with therapists, corporations, community groups, schools, health services and charities amongst others to devise and develop programmes that support community mental health needs. Her work is rooted in the belief that meaningful connection, early support, and emotionally attuned environments have the power to transform lives.
With a professional background in clinical therapy, she brings extensive experience working with children, young people, and adults presenting with anxiety, low mood, trauma, behavioural challenges, and complex emotional needs.
Through both her clinical expertise and her commitment to community wellbeing, she plays a key role in advancing the mission of East Kent Connect CIC.
